Abstract

The author describes a disposition worth observing, of the Nerine fothergilli fibrils, stating that the material suggests the possibility that the fibrils isolated from it have a structure similar to those of cellulosic cell walls. It makes the microscopic study, taking measurements and microphotographs and indicates the techniques followed to obtain them.
