Abstract

?The Argentine Species of the Genus Merremia?. The following species living in Argentina of the genus Merremia Dennst. em. Hall. f. are systematically examined: M. cissoides (Lam.) Hall. f.; M. dissecta (Jacq.) Hall. f.; M. dissecta var. maximiliani (Meissn.) Hall. f.; M. aegyptia (L.) Urban; M. glabra (Aubl.) Hall. f.; M. hassleriana (Chod. Et Hassl.) Hassl.; M. umbellata (L.) Hall. f. Images of the species examined are attached.

?Die argentinischen Arten des Genus Merremia?. Folgende, in Argentinien lebende Arten der Gattung Merremia Dennst. em. Hall. f. werden systematisch untersucht : M. cissoides (Lam.) Hall. f.; M. dissecta (Jacq .) Hall. f.; M. dissecta var. Maximiliani (Meissn.) Hall. f.; M. aegyptia (L.) Urban; M. glabra (Aubl.) Hall. f.; M. Hassleriana (Chod. et Hassl.) Hassl.; M. umbellata (L.) Hall. f. Abbildungen der untersuchten Arten werden beigefiigt.

Carlos A. O'Donell, Universidad Nacional de Tucumán

Carlos Alberto O’Donell (1912-1957). Se graduó con diploma de honor en Farmacia en la Universidad Nacional de Buenos Aires. en 1937. Entre artículos de Anatomía vegetal y de Farmacia Botánica, publicó más de treinta notas científicas, con especial énfasis en las convolvuláceas.
