Abstract

The authors examine the systematic of the Argentine species of the genera Bernardia, Adelia, Alchornea, Mercurialis, Dysopsis, Acalypha. They describe Acalypha Schreiteri nov. sp. and cite for the first time for Argentina Bernardia paraguariensis, Alchornea castaneifolia v. salicifolia, Mercurialis annua, Acalypha Hassleriana and A. villosa.
