The genus Geastrum in Argentina: additions to the Chaquean Region

In this work Geastrum striatum, G. violaceum and G trichiferum are reordered for the first time into the Humid Chaquean forest in the Chaco Phytogeographic Region. These species were previously recorded for the Pampean, Espinal and Paranaense rain forest regions, respectively. This work includes descriptions from the studied materials, images, and some observations on them.
