Abstract

It is determined the dynamic of the vesicular-arbuscular mycorrhizal colonization and its influence on the symbiosis in soybean and maize monocrops and rotation (soybean-maize), using the traditional tillage and the direct sowing. The samples of radicular system and those of the rhizospheric soils have been also taken at different culture phenological stages. The mycorrhizic association was more than 43.6%. The association intensity, entrance points, arbuscules and vesicles has showed in due cultures and tillage in different phenological stages. The spores has not showed different. The spores found belong to the Sclerocystis sinuosa Gerd. et B.K. Bakshi and to different species of Glomus.
