Abstract

The activity of the peroxidase isoenzymes in apical meristems of Allium cepa root in relation to different phosphate concentrations is studied in specific media of culture. The electrophoretic studies show that the zymogram pattern in variously treated material presents some changes, as qualitative and quantitative variations.
