Abstract

The authors report for the first time the existence of the Eleocarpacea Muntingia calabura L., originally from Central America, in Argentina (province of Salta).

Horacio Raúl Descole (1910 - 1984) fue un farmacéutico, y naturalista argentino, y rector de la Universidad Nacional de Tucumán.

C. A. O'Donell, Universidad Nacional de Tucumán

Carlos Alberto O’Donell (1912-1957). Se graduó con diploma de honor en Farmacia en la Universidad Nacional de Buenos Aires. en 1937.

Entre artículos de Anatomía vegetal y de Farmacia Botánica, publicó más de treinta notas científicas, con especial énfasis en las convolvuláceas.
