Abstract

Two new genera of Phlaeothripidae, Phlaeothripinae (Thysanoptera) and six species are described. They can be distinguished from the other genera in Phlaeothripidae by the form and position of the maxillary stylets. In each case, descriptions, measurements and illustrations of each species are included.
