We report the first formal record of Cercosaura parkeri (Ruibal, 1952) for the department of Cochabamba, Bolivia, based on verifiable records from the Inter-Andean dry forest ecoregion of the department. This record not only corroborates the presence of this species for the department, it also extends its record more than 90 km to the westward, from the closest record in Comarapa, Santa Cruz, Bolivia. The highest record for the species in Bolivia and South America is also confirmed.
