“Survey of medium to large terrestrial mammals at the Private Natural Heritage Reserve – Enchanted Valley, Uberaba, Minas Gerais State, Brazil”. The Cerrado Bioma has 194 of the 710 species of mammals from Brazil, and particularly 17 are vulner- able to extinction. Due to deforestation of the biome for the development of agriculture, many of these species are restricted to fragmented areas of the Cerrado which still remain pre- served. The survey of mammals allows to investigate which species occupy certain areas and allows for mitigation actions for the conservation of local mastofauna. The present contribution presents a summary of the medium and large sized terrestrial mammals found at the Private Natural Heritage Reserve (RPPN), Enchanted Valley, in the municipality of Uberaba, State of Minas Gerais (Brazil), where 31 species of mammals were recorded, belonging to eight or- ders (Didelphimorphia, Rodentia, Lagomorpha, Cingulata, Pilosa, Carnivora, Artiodactyla and Primates), based on traces, direct observation, and photography (camera trap).
