Mapas vigentes en 1945 incluyen los llamados hasta entonces "territorios nacionales" de La Pampa, Río Negro, El Chubut, Neuquén, Chaco, Formosa, Misiones, Santa Cruz y Tierra del Fuego. Algunos de estos territorios y provincias tenían otros límites o limites en litigio.
